My Contact Card "My Card" has deleted all my notes associated to my contact

I lost all my notes within "My Card" ( my contact card set within Settings>Contact>My Info) Siri has a suggestion for my phone number, which means my contact was deleted. Now I have verified that my contact was setup with Gmail contacts, on iPhone, but I am sure that I saved it into iCloud. I have verified the information missing is not within google already. Reading several articles within the forums relating to this issue, I have attempted to also find "linked contacts" which seemed to make the most sense, but I do not have that option appear for me. Restored my phone and have launch my iCloud backup from a date that my contact was there, same issue occurs with information from my card missing. I believe it was deleted by mistake but I am uncertain. I do not see any way to recover deleted contacts within the contacts lists. Using the recovery tool within iCloud.com has not helped me. I have spoken to Apple Support and have visited an Apple Store to speak with a technician, no one at this moment seems to have a way to recover that information which is very important to me.

So overview of the things i have done

• Restore the device, and restore iCloud backup
• iCloud.com recovery tool
• confirm google contacts (no information found)
• reassign "my card" within Settings>Contacts>My Info
• Contacted Apple Support
• Seek in person support at Apple Store
• Updated iphone
• Verified that I did not block my self either

What I am Missing :

• Viewing Deleted Contacts (which can not be found on iCloud.com and my device for some reason.)
