This one person has been stalking me for years! He sets up short codes & hides them in the language settings. He killed 8 phones and 2 computers so far. I get his notifications sometimes. The police won’t do anything and he was reported for the same thing by his ex girlfriend who “fell out a window” shortly thereafter. Can someone plz tell me how to catch him???

Thank you but he has hacked my iCloud account and burrowed into every crevice of every account. He somehow blocks all my attempts to safety check, emergency reset, and report data analytics.
