Iphone 15 battery drain

Iphone 15 battery drain. Help

HI. I purchased this iPhone 15 at the beginning of March and I noticed that the battery drains very quickly. I switched from an iPhone 11 and I remember that it didn't drain like that. I use my phone a lot but even when I use it normally (browsing safari, or social media) I notice that it drops by 1% every 4 minutes. The capacity is 100% so I don't understand if it's a battery issues or not. To charge it I used the original charger but it got wet recently and since then I have used the macbook m1 charger. I rarely charge it above 80% and I never let it discharge below 10%. Thank you
