How do I deauthorize all the computers on my iTunes account?

I'm trying to deauthorize all computers under my Apple ID. In the account settings, the line following country/region for authorize/deauthorize is completely missing. How can I fix this?

iTunes - Deauthorize all PCs once per year The instructions for deauthorizing all PCs state "You can deauthorize all computers only once a year." Is that once per calendar year, or once in a 365-day period?

cannot find the deauthorize button, only says 1 computer authorized I try to authorize my new laptop on the music app, and it says I can't because there are already five computers authorized. The apple site says to go to the store in music and get settings. From there you should be able to de-authorize particular computers. But in the settings, it only lists one computer as authorized, and there's no "deauthorize all" button.
