Apple care for apple watch

I have purchased a series 9 cellular variant but i am doubtful about buying apple care+. I use it carefully And i take proper care of battery on all my devices. So will it be worth buying or waste of money? How long does it take when the battery will need replacement normally?

Apple Watch Series 9, watchOS 10

If the battery health of an iPhone or Apple Watch reaches 80% or less, Apple will replace the battery for you.

Depending on the use of your device, this takes two years on average.

And you can renew Apple Care plus on a monthly basis after those first two years.

I bought Apple Care plus for my Apple Watch 5 in the past and now for my Ultra 2.

Apple replaced the battery for the series 5 after 2.5 years for free, since the watch has been covered on the monthly basis, and still is.
