Repair Time iPhone 14 plus
I cracked the back glass of my light purple iPhone 14 plus and I’m wondering how long it would take to repair if I brought it in to the genius bar?

Much depends on whether the Apple Store has the replacement part in stock that will be required. If they don't, it will take another 2-3 days for parts to be ordered and received.
If the store has the part in stock, it might be reasonable to expect that the repairs can be done the same day if the phone goes in for service early in the morning.
