Notes cursor often shift from the line where I want it, to another line

Notes cursor can often shift from the line where i want it to another line or should in case i click in a different paragraph the cursor doesn’t stay where i want it. It sometimes jump to a line before or after instead of where am clicking to make the change. Please help, i think its anomaly with the recent IOS. I didn’t use to have this problem in the earlier versions until like two or three updates back.
