I can’t add a song or create a playlist for 3 weeks, although it works on other devices

Is there a message that appears when you try to add music to a playlist?
Try updating your iPhone:
- Open Settings
- Tap General > Software Update
- Install any updates that are available
If that doesn't fix it, close Music (Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support) and reopen it and restart your iPhone (Restart your iPhone - Apple Support).
