Can’t download Playlist to Apple Watch Ultra 2

I select the playlist for download in the Apple Watch application, it starts downloading telling me it will take a few minutes and then just stops without any error message.

I just replaced my Apple Watch 6 with Ultra. It worked on Apple Watch 6 fine.
