unidentified purchase of 2k$ on my personal credit card from apple online store

I believe this to be a fraudulent purchase since I don't own or use any apple products currently other than air pods.

the name that performed the purchase on receipt is - APPLE ONLINE STORE>ISTANBUL TR, Turkey; MCC:5732

while I am visiting Istambul, I never made any such purchases. i did use the credit card in taxi though so probably that's how it got scanned by scammers.

what can I do to report the scam/fraud and receive refund? its not easy to get in touch with apple support seems like. i was not able to report this issue in any shape or form on apple support as all the links that i saw require some apple product that requires support, while this case seems to be unrelated to specific product.

Apple Support will not be able to assist with your suspected fraudulent transaction. Please contact the support team at the issuing bank of the credit card used. The contact number is usually printed on the back of the credit card.
