Black screen with working touchscreen

My Apple Watch 7 has no display/black screen.

Touchscreen WORKS

tried hard resetting multiple multiple times. No logo/nothing. Can feel vibrations when I use touchscreen. Has sounds so all notifications are still coming through. Just a blackscreen

Have you accidentally activated Theater mode on your Watch? Please review the Apple Support article that I’ve linked below.

Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support

Depending on the version of Apple Watch it’s a swipe up from the bottom or a press of the side button (not the Digital Crown).

I have the same problem as well with my Apple Watch SE (bought April 2023). Any update regarding your watch now? What is the fix for this? All articles are leading to "take your watch to a service provider" - and I know this will incur charges. I do think this is some kind of a factory problem/fault as I have read so many concerns that are same with what we are having now. But the thing is my unit is past warranty already just two months ago, maybe it's a scam
