Is it normal for AirPods case to flash red and white?

My AirPod case is flashing red when I put of of my AirPods in but for the other it flashes white .

No this is not normal a flashing red usually means that there is something wrong with your AirPods.


Try to reset them to see if the issues persists


  • AirPods (all generations) or AirPods Pro (all generations): Put the AirPods in their case, close the lid, then wait 30 seconds. Open the lid, then press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light flashes amber, then white.
