Hi Lusar101,

When it comes to the green light and white light of the AirPods case, see Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life:

  • " If you have AirPods Pro (1st or 2nd generation) or AirPods (3rd generation), you can tap the case when it's on the charging mat to see whether your AirPods Pro or AirPods (3rd generation) are charging (amber light) or fully charged (green light)."

  • "If the light flashes white, your AirPods are ready to set up with one of your devices."

Knowing more about what is happening with your AirPods when you try to use them can be helpful. As one flashes white which means it needs to be set up, was this a replacement AirPod? If so follow Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case. If this is not the case, please provide further details.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
