Cannot air print to new HP LaserJet, 400 and1 N

Just purchased an HP4001n install the drivers on my windows, compatible computer, upgraded the firmware in the printer, make sure I have the latest OS system on my Apple iPhone 14. When I go to print, it says, looking for printer, found printer, connecting to printer, and then failed to communicate with printer. I followed some of the other discussion leads and shut everything down in sequence, router, printer computer iPhone, waited five minutes started the router, waited five minutes started the printer, waited five minutes, started the computer, and waited five minutes and started the iPhone. And then I waited an additional five minutes to make sure everything is up to speed and still not cannot , able to print using AirPrint

any help would be gracefully appreciated
