Which Bluetooth Adapter works best with AirPods for Air Travel?

Anyone have one of the Bluetooth adapters for their AirPods? The ones you can use on a plane so you can connect the dongle to the screen and play sound through AirPods not the airline supplied headphones?

Seen a few different ones and thinking of getting one, just wondering if anyone has any good or bad reviews about any of them?
