Why does my husband’s old work email keep showing up as his invite email? (His private email also shows as an option, and I use it.) He retired, I’ve deleted his old work email everywhere. The only place it I can find it & it shows up is on a calendar invite. I’ve scoured the internet for a fix, yet all I find it others with the same issue. Any ideas as to how to delete it from calendar invites??

I’m not sure this is going to work but try this. Open Mail on the iPhone, create a new email, start typing his email address and you should see a list of potential addressees. Tap the “i” icon next to his work email address, scroll to the bottom and choose “Remove From Recents.”
My thinking is that Calendar uses Mail behind the scenes to send calendar invites.
