I tried,I searched online for ALOT of answers to put my card into apple wallet or Apple Pay- and every time I do this it states, issuer declined? Can anyone tell me what is wrong cause I don’t understand, like I have money in the account, maybe cause it’s a debit and I pressed credit? I don’t know! Please help!

Vanilla Gift Cards are issued by one of two banks. The support phone number should be printed on the back of the card. The Vanilla Gift Card website I listed below has contact information for their support team.

My understanding is that at one time, only one of the two banks that issued the cards, supports Apple Pay. I’m not sure this is still the issue, but I’m sure if you contact their support team they can confirm and assist if the card is eligible for Apple Pay and Apple Wallet.
