Can't turn off find my iPhone on old phone during upgrade to new phone
Tryinf to upgrade to Iphone 15pro max from a 13 pro max. Can not turn off find my iPhone. It is greyed out and can not be turned off no matter what I seem to do. Any thougths?

We don't know what you have tried so far, but on the iPhone 13.....
Tap Settings > [Your Name} > Find My
However, if [Your Name] is grayed out.....follow these instructions:
If your Apple ID is greyed out in Settings - Apple Support
Then go back and try the sequence again
