I bought a Apple Watch

So I go to yard sales I found a Apple Watch bought it and I factory reset it and now is asking for a old email with password I don’t know it or wasn’t even in box I bought charger and bands did I get robbed

Your best chance is to try to contact the seller, either for a refund or to have them reset the device to Factory Settings. Without their assistance, you will not ever be able to use the Watch. You are seeing the Activation Lock that prevents another person from be able to use the device if it is stolen. There is no way to bypass this.
