External microphone works only with Voice Memos

Hi All,

I have bought three different external wireless microphones, received connects to lightning port. All appear to work fine with Voice Memos app, however not with Google Meet, Teams etc.

I have tried resetting network settings, checked for any updates and been through all phone settings. Cannot find solution online either. It must be a simple settings solution...
