When I purchased my new Iphone14, I received a message on my i-phone that said I got a "free" 3 month subscription to Apple TV. I signed up, however, when I looked at my bank statement it said they charged me.
Why am I being charged or a Free subscription? How do I get a refund?
Please, someone answer this question.

The Free Trial is only for new customers as is detailed in the promo offer. If you have previously used a trial subscription to Apple TV+, you will not get another one and will be charged at the regular rate.
