Could be for many reasons and may be helpful to explain what happens when you try:

  • Developer does not make app available in your region
  • Age Restrictions on your device can prevent you from downloading the app
  • Screen Time restrictions can prevent you from using the App Store
  • May need to provide a valid payment method
  • VPN on device may be blocking access
