How to get my old iCloud account on my new device?

I have a new phone because lost my phone and I can’t log in to my iCloud because I don’t have access to the phone number to my iCloud I need to get my old icloud on my new device.

How do I log in to a old icloud account when I don´t have access to that specific phone number? Hello! I want to log in to my old icloud account. The problem is not that I don´t remember the password or anything like that. It is that the phone number is from my old one phone from maybe 8-10 years ago and I have 0 access to that device. Unable to access old iCloud account on new iPhone without verification I had an iPhone 13 i then switch to the iPhone 16e i tried to log in into my old iCloud from the 13 but it said i need to verify the number or the iCloud email and I don't have access to those.
