Deleted Pictures go to the folder "Recently Deleted" for a month. If you have deleted them from that folder, then they cannot be recovered unless you have a separate backup.

Las imágenes eliminadas van a la carpeta "Eliminadas recientemente" durante un mes. Si los eliminó de esa carpeta, no se podrán recuperar a menos que tenga una copia de seguridad por separado.

If you haven't emptied the Recently Deleted album or it's less that 30 days since you've deleted the photos you can go into the Recently Deleted album and recover them.

If you've backed up your iPhone to a Mac or the iCloud you can restore the iPhone from the backup.
