I forgot my iPad Pro 4.gen in my car inside of my bag and it stayed in the car appoximately 4-5 hours and I took it at 00:00 am and at that time temperature was showing 5 C .Do you think my iPad battery was damaged a little bit?

I guess your iPad is 100% fine, don't worry!
iPad left in the car at 5 C temperature .
