Access Google Drive Shared Drives in Apple files app

Accessing Google Drive in the Apple files app is great! However I do not see a way of having multiple accounts active/shown or be able to view my business Google Workspace Shared Drives. This forces me to use several different apps for file management or constantly switching between account on my Google drive app.

This can easily be done on Mac using the Drive for Mac sync application.

Share iCloud files with Non-Apple account users I need to know how to share files on iCloud with non-apple account users. I just need to share as in view, not modify. OneDrive lets me share with anyone no matter what, which is useful when dealing with non-techy people. So, I would assume I could do the same with iCloud, otherwise why am I paying for iCloud storage?

iCloud Drive - Folder Syncing with Folder on my local Mac I am trying to better understand the use of iCloud Drive. I have a folder with a few files that I have moved to iCloud Drive. In doing so that folder no longer appear in my Documents folder on my Mac (Sonoma 14.4.1). That part I understand. According to Apple’s “MacOS User Guide” for Sonoma I am supposed to be able to “Control-Click” on iCloud Drive item(s) that I want to download to have a copy locally on my Mac. However, the “Control-Click” option does not appear when I Ctrl-Click on anything in iCloud Drive (Note screen shot below from Apple's OS User's guide which suggest I should see that option). I certainly know that I can simply copy and paste the item(s) to my local Mac. But when doing so there is no syncing between the iCloud Drive version of a folder with the identical folder stored locally on my Mac. I must be missing something or not understanding any limitations about iCloud Drive syncing.

What is the difference between the Users / Shared folder and the (User's Name Home) / Shared folder? What is the difference between the Users / Shared folder and the (User's Name Home) / Shared folder? I have tried both "Shared" folders using Apple Support's suggested methods and have not found either of them to be of use. I am trying to shared access to files between two users on the same Mac. Also, The Public & Drop Box folders don't seem to be of much use either.
