Take the phone back and have a genuine Apple battery installed.

Does the repair shop appear in the list of authorized service dealers? Find Locations

If not, they are not an authorized service shop.....and Apple may likely refuse to even look at the phone.

If a non-genuine Apple battery was installed in your phone, then you are going to have problems.

If you take the phone to Apple, they may refuse to even look at the phone. Try to make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.

I had the same issue with my IPhone 11 with replaced battery and just did the Update via my MacBook, it worked instantly.

me too. i have a 12 mini and recently had the battery replaced by an apple certified repair shop that used a non-apple battery. now i get 17.5 update that cannot verify. tried everything online suggests. arg!

i can’t install the iOS 17.5.1 on my iPhone anytime I try to install it it brings like (unable to install 🤬🤬)
