Unable to verify Update to IOS 17.5

I have tried to update to IOS 17.5 but when I try to install it, it gives me this message ("Unable to verify update"), I don't know why, I changed my battery before a while ago, and there is a message from the battery that tells ("unable to determine if your iPhone battery is a genuine Apple part") and there is no percentage in the battery settings it just shows me this - in the Maximum Capacity, so I dunno if the battery are affecting on the update

No this is not because of the battery

Try and delete the update file and download it again:

Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
Find the update in the list of apps.
Tap the update, then tap Delete Update.
Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update.

If this is not working you might want to update via a pc or mac instead
