Mac liquid damage and change MLB, two moths later could not turn on

I repaired my Mac in Apple Brisbane in March, they said about liquid damage and changed the MLB and then the Mac could not turn on in April and May for twice. Only 2 months, I firmly believe that Apple Brisbane did not repair my Mac very well. The first time I could not turn on, I used SMC and the second time I could not turn on, then SMC did not work. So last week, I went to Apple Brisbane, and they told me that they could not repair it and sent my Mac to Sydney, but yesterday Sydney told me the same issue with the March's repair. Today morning I went to  Apple Brisbane again and they let me take my Mac back to help me repair. I have some doubts.

1. Why they did not repair in last week, and sent my Mac to Sydney. Is that the right process?

2. Why the situation happened? Is it because of Apple Brisbane made some mistakes when the first repair of my Mac?

You have a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Take it back.

you will have to talk to the Brisbane story, ask for the store manager for your questions...

we certainly have no insight here on this user-to-user support community.

Sorry, but unable to speculate on your questions. You can try contacting Apple directly and express your displeasure with the service you have received, it may be possible that they would escalate the issue and maybe get an engineer involved to review the documentation from the service that has been performed. That would seem to be the only option, other than escalating at the Apple Store with the Manager until you get some answers. The repair work is under Warranty.
