Installing an additional internal hard drive for PowerPC G5 computer

I want to install a 2–4 Tb hard drive in my "old" G5 computer. Are there any particular manufacturers/specifications that I should look for in such a purchase? For example, the read/write speed rate since today's hard drives are much faster than my boot drive that came with the G5... And any limitations that I should consider.
