Don’t have access to email or phone number

I don’t know what to do I got a new replacement phone I don’t have access to my old phone number because the carrier line for that number is closed so I can’t sign in my iCloud and I don’t have access to the email because it got compromised along time ago and they only way I was able to sign in was through my old phone number and the verification code is going to that number and I need to update my trust number to my new cell phone number but how do I do this?
