What happened to my Finder, it's missing most of what I set it to Display?

What happened to my Finder, it's missing most of what I set it to Display?

I've never seen this before, nor know how to get it back to how the Finder looked yesterday when it had all those items that are ticked in setting in the left hand Finder menu?

For anyone experiencing the same issue that comes here for help, hover your mouse cursor over the Locations header and click the disclosure triangle on the right side of the header.
