Permanently manual network selection

Hello and thanks in advance for your help! :)

I have an iPhone 15pro max with an Italian Sim card.

I’m leaving for some months in Germany and I always have problem with the service. I’m always switching the network selection to manual and choosing the one that works more but then it changes and goes in automatically.

Is there a way to leave it always in manually?
