iPhone 13 not holding a charge

Phone has been fine until two days ago 13th May. Now charges to 100% but reduces immediately without phone being used. Phone is not yet 2 years old but battery health only 90%. How can battery charge issue be resolved?

Try and force restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
