iMessage displaying badges of unread messages

Hello, I have noticed that my iMessage app has been displaying the red badges (unread messages) for a long time, and all my messages have been already read all of them; I have been trying to find a solution on Youtube but none of them work, does anyone know how to fix my problem?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17

Not sure what all you have tried, however, if you have not then I recommend that you Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
