My message app icon has a red 1 indicating I have an unread message. I do not have any unread messages and I have tried all things I have found online and none have worked. What should I do?
Have you checked the main screen (Notification Centre)? UK government sent an emergency broadcast test message last weekend to all mobile devices which are capable of receiving them. You may have to acknowledge that message?
