Apple mail not connecting to Outlook

Two days ago I started to get messages from mail that it was 'Unable to verify username or password" for my Outlook email account on my MacBook Air. Sometimes "take all accounts online" restores the connection. Sometimes I have to reenter my password. Now neither of these is working. Is there an issue with Ventura 13.6.7?
