How do I set up the allow calls from list in "Do not Disturb"?

Setting up Do Not Disturb, I have set up a list of people to receive notifications during the DND schedule. Setting up Allow Calls From, I want to receive calls from the same people that I can receive notifications from. Is that the Allowed People Only choice? If not, how do I set up allow calls list?
