Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Calls on other Devices: Here, when you will see other devices that are signed on to the same Apple ID and are eligible to make / receive calls.
There is another way as well and that is:
Open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Calls on othe devices.
