ios 26.0.1 does not support call blocking feature on iPhone SE. Anyone know why Apple have seemingly removed this feature from older iPhones?

I believe you are referring to call screening? The new feature available on iOS 26? It should work on all phones capable of running iOS 26.
Check in settings under the phone app.
My SE supports the new features, but I am in UK with language English
