I am unable to add tickets to my Apple Wallet on my iPhone.

Brand new (today) iPhone 15 Pro Max running 17.4.1. Upgrades from 11 Pro (also running 17.4.1

I have season tickets through Ticketmaster. I also purchase many tickets for other events and venues.

none of my tickets will add to my wallet. The option to add is there but when I go to my wallet it says the tickets are activating. After about an hour I get a message saying the tickets are disabled.

I’ve contacted Ticketmaster. Of course they say it’s an Apple issue.

Exact same tickets I can transfer to my wife and she can add them to her iPhone also running 17.4.1.

I mention the iOS version because I never had this problem until I updated my phone to this iOS about a month ago.

Any ideas? Solutions?
