What should I do if my MacBook Pro is locked and belongs to Dutchie?

The computer was not reset properly to be sold to another user. You will need to contact cashify for a resolution as you will not be able to remove another user without their credentials.

Sounds like it is remotely managed by a company. What is the history of the Mac?

From whom was this computer purchased from ?

Was it directly from Apple or an Apple Authorizer Service Centre ?

Was it purchased from a Shop that sells computers including this computer ?

Was it purchased as Private Sale at a very largely Reduced Price ?

As previously mentioned, this computer seem to present and Activation Lock placed on the computer.

Purchase Refurbished Apple Computers directly from Apple or from an Apple Authorized Service Center

Then you will know, the Activate Lock should not be on this computer
