New keyboard shortcut to translate a screenshot

When Safari can't translate a website, I usually screenshot the browser window, open a popular translator in a new window, then enter the screenshot image. It's faster than selecting and pasting text into the translator.

The process seems straightforward enough to automate with a keyboard shortcut. In Sonoma, I tried Automator, Script Editor, and Shortcuts. The pictured Shortcuts attempt was my best attempt. If anyone is up to the challenge, would you kindly suggest a way to automate the process?

The translator accepts images dragged, pasted, or browsed, but I'm not sure which is easier to automate.
