Unable to allow app tracking on my iPhone 13

Same problem: My own device. No certificates, no profiles. Can't activate App Tracking. (was activated a week ago)

My phone just started this as well today my birthday says the right date as well this phone is through straight talk though don’t know if that makes a difference or not

I have an iPhone 12 Pro. This is also happening to me as of this morning even before the new iOS update. I performed a hard restart and that did not help. My birthdate is correct.

I am having the same issue as well. I tried this and everything is greyed out still. The allow changes was already on.
