Readers of my book unable to post review on Books app.

As a writer, I have published many books on Apple Books. Readers of my latest book cannot post a review. That's never happened before. Weirdly, I can access the book and leave a review (I don't), but readers cannot. How do we fix this?Readers of my previous books have not indicated any problems in posting reviews of those books. However, they can't post a review for my newest book on Apple Books that was published on May 1 of this year. Reviews sell books. I want to get this solved as soon as possible so readers can post their reviews.
