How can I stop Siri from responding to my TV?

This has started to get really annoying. Several TV shows have breaks that start with "Hey Siri! Remind me to watch" whatever the name of the show is. I have an iPhone and an iPad. Both respond and set a reminder. I have a small studio apartment so there's no place where I can put the devices where they won't hear the TV and react.

I don't want to turn off Siri. I don't want to stop it from responding when the devices are locked. I need both of those for various reasons. But, I also don't want them responding to TV shows and commercials.

Is there anything else I can do?
