Wondering if you are can not change your Apple ID account to a new country ?

Apple has several requirements in the linked article below, including:

Before you update your location, you must

✽ spend your store credit, (or ask Apple to make it zero, if you want)

✽ cancel your subscriptions and

✽ get a payment method for your new country or region.
