TvOS 17.5 recognize my voice settings

Hi,

Recognize my voice settings on Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen with TvOS 17.5 changed the settings from On to Off after restart, and it will change from Off to On after restart also. it's quite weird.

Is this a bug?

I can’t turn voice over off so it stays off on Apple TV I can’t turn voice over OFF so it STAYS OFF on Apple TV and I do mean voiceover and NOT audio descriptions [Re-Titled by Moderator]
