About a month ago, Siri started having trouble calling my contacts. She hears properly, she writes it on the screen properly and then searches for a shop in Vienna, which is like 300 km away instead of calling a contact. And it's spreading to others.

Double-check your contact information: Make sure your contacts have complete information, especially the first and last name fields. Siri primarily uses these for identification.
