Siri major issues after the last update

I do not know if Apple is sabotaging their phones but this last update has been the most disastrous update in Apple history. Siri say “Something went wrong try again later”. Siri is my safe texting & contact lookup while driving. Also Shazam does not work anymore & song identification is non existent. If Apple does not fix this, customers will go to Samsung because of this BS that Apple should have never allowed to happen unless they are getting out of the business. Please fix ASAP!
